The Sensotact is developed and sold by the CEMAS (Centre of Microtechniques' Evaluation dedicated to the Sensory Analysis) which is a competences' group dedicated to the subjective and objective description of raw materials, products and their combined functional properties. The original aspect of the CEMAS lies in the fact that it's looking for correlations between Sensory Analysis and Instrumental Analysis. Instrumental data are obtained with experimental conditions recreating the specific caracteristics of the organo-leptic evaluations.
